I work from home. Can I still have a profile?
Yes. If customers don’t come to you (plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, mobile services), we set you up as a service-area business. Your home address stays private, and your profile shows the towns you serve instead.
I already have a profile. Can you fix it?
Yes. The setup covers cleaning up an existing profile: wrong categories, old hours, missing photos, duplicate listings and names that break Google’s rules.
Can you guarantee I’ll be in the top three?
No one honestly can. Google decides rankings, and distance from the person searching is a big factor nobody controls. What we can do is make your profile complete, accurate and active, which gives you the best possible chance.
How long does verification take?
It depends on the method Google chooses. Video and phone verification often clear in a few days; a postcard can take a couple of weeks.
Do I need a website too?
